| Tiivistelmä: | Legal law is based on the idea of protecting employers. This idea, if driven to the extremes, can be in conflict with the protection of the employing company. In particular, where the necessary process of setting free a number of employees is slowed down by use of legal possibilities, great dangers can arise. Thus, more flexibility is needed to support the labour markets and the attractiveness of Germany as a location for activities. |
