| Tiivistelmä: | Since China's economic reform, labour relationship in enterprises has experienced new changes and become increasingly marketized and contractual. Due to changes in interest set up of both parties of labour relationship subjects, labour disputes in enterprises have increased dramatically. Strike, as the most intense form in collective labour dispute, occurs occasionally in some places, which exerts a direct impact on social stability. This essay indicates that legislation of strikes is the most effective way to regulate collective labour dispute. Such system includes: (1)Add provisions related to strikes in the constitution.(2)Amend the labour law in effect.(3)Lay down specialized law of strikes. |
