| Tiivistelmä: | Commerce has arguably the most developed European-level social dialogue between trade unions and employers of any sector. The reviewed are the latest developments and issues, including parental leave, and take a broader look at the issue of child labour, which has become a focus of the commerce dialogue. Commerce and distribution employ an estimated 22 million people in EU. The parties to the dialogue in the sector are the commerce trade section of the European Regional Organisation of the International Federation of Commercial , Clerical, Professional and Technical Employees and EuroCommerce, for employers. |
