| Tiivistelmä: | The effective application of information technology to business and administrative problems,and developing strategies for management information systems is discussed. On the base of an interview,the business planning process and its logical links with and dependencies on corporate and divisional business plans are described. Great variation in the plans is illustrated, orientating to delivering a practical plan within a short time scale. Organization of corresponding soft- and hardware with financial consequences is advised. |
