| Tiivistelmä: | The Commission's new three-year social action programme contains few new proposals for legislation - especially in the area of labour law - and is largely concerned with consolidation, implementation, consultation and analysis. However, the programme has an element of flexibility, and the consultations and debates it outlines could lead to new legislation on matters such as individual dismissals and national-level employee information and consultation. |
