Tiivistelmä:The relationship between self-esteem and leniency bias in self-reports of performance was examined by using structural equation model analysis. The results indicated that leniency bias was positively correlated with self-esteem. Self-esteem and leniency bias were more positive when self-ratings were made on ambiguous performance dimensions.
