| Tiivistelmä: | The British Standard, BS6079: A Guide to Project Management and PMI's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, suggest that in the control of project costs the Earned Value should be calculated as the Budgeted Cost of Work Complete, BCWC. Both recommend that the baseline used for controlling cost, against which the Actual Cost of Work Complete, ACWC, is compared, should be the Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled, BCWS, or the Budgeted Cost of Work Complete, BCWC. |
