| Tiivistelmä: | Lately the internal budgeting method has gained in popularity among hospitals. Since the new financial law has given hospitals the right to take risks, they try to solve with this method planning, control, coordination and motivation problems. The article tries to answer the question whether the method of internal budgeting contributes to the solution of the conflict between medical and economic goals. |
