Tiivistelmä:Several physicians in many USA hospitals leave their profession and seek other jobs. It is reflective of the critical state of health care in the USA. Hospitals need to move from crisis management to management leadership. Some cases of developing management leaders are quoted in some health care institutes in the country. Now many hospitals operate with a short-term perspective. As a result, major effort is devoted to solving problems, not preventing them. Some ways of the management crisis are shown. The management leaders who are badly needed could anticipate change, plan to benefit from it and build active, highly motivated health care organizations.
