| Tiivistelmä: | For the coming 21st century we should lay particular stress on the technical innovation in the social economic development and by depending reform establish mechanisms and organs which are beneficial for the transfer of scientific and technical results. We should amplify the degree of technical innovation, develop high-technology and realize its industrialization. In the technical innovation, the effect of the intellectual property rights should be given full play because intellectual property rights can protect the technical innovation. Meanwhile, technical innovation needs the support of patent information. |
