| Tiivistelmä: | The three giants of the German chemical industry had very ambitious goal based on their high-tech products such as composites for the automobile and aerospace industries, high-tech plastics and others. Now BASF, Hoechst and Bayer are disappointed: no one of them managed to get the planned position in the high-tech market. Investments of order of billiards seem to be only a waste of money, and what is worse, the high-tech products of the three corporations make only losses, no returns. As a result of the failure, they close shops, sell parts of the enterprise. It is a farewell to future. |
