| Tiivistelmä: | The forecast basic figures of GNP and the total industrial output value during the period of the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" are annual growth rates of 14-15% and 18% respectively. According to the figures, to realize the target growth rates of 16% for oil processing industry , 19.8% for chemical industry,and 23.8% for petrol chemical product output value , the amount of investment will be 147.4 billion yuan (accounting for 1.73% of the total investment), 387.98 billion yuan (4.56%) and 535.38 billion yuan (6.3%). |
