| Tiivistelmä: | Last year, the expert was approached by the UK- based chemical manufacturer Laporte to help the company choose the most appropriate business school for its 200 directors and assistant directors. This is the story of the "beauty contest" of schools that the firm conducted and of how we went about choosing which school would be eventual winner. One of the first considerations was how to design a rigorous process that would be endorsed by all participants, both within the company and in the chosen business school. |
