| Tiivistelmä: | The aim of the Krakow Consortium Initiative, as funded by the EC TEMPUS programme, is to provide Polish managers with development courses on topics connected with their transition to a market economy. This aim has been realised in two stages: by training Polish academics as trainers, and through the joint delivery of training programmes to the managers themselves. The authors draw conclusion on the experience to offer some general suggestions for the British colleagues working in eastern Europe, whether as academics, trainers, consultants, or managers. |
