| Tiivistelmä: | By integrating the technologies of Strategic Options Development and Analysis and the Cultural Values Survey, the the authors have facilitated senior management groups in the Public Sector in the processes of organisational transformations. Drawing upon data from interviews with senior managers who have themselves led significant organisational change and by comparison with the litterature on transformational leadership, it is suggested that skilled interventions can encourage successful transformational processes where there is no transformational leader. |
