| Tiivistelmä: | In the recent 17 years when China has carried out reform and opening to the outside world, the accumulated foreign direct investment actually introduced has reached USD 120 billion. Facing the new situation, China should adopt, the following new adjusted strategy: 1. handling well the relationship between sci-tech intensive foreign fund introducing and labor intensive one, 2. improving the legal system environment, 3. standardizing behavior and taking a correct attitude towards service and strengthening after-investment service management, 4. making checks at such links as examining, approving and assessing projects and checking foreign funds, 5. practicing gradually "national treatment" to foreign businessmen, 6.strengthening survey and study of the world investment trends and foreign investment work. |
