| Tiivistelmä: | The growth rate of the whole industry stood at 14% in 1995. The growth rates of state-owned enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and collective enterprises were 7.2%, 19% and 15.8% respectively, More and more state-owned enterprises belong to loss-making enterprises. In view of this , some people said that "it is optimistic macro- cosicly and it is pessimistic micro-cosicly". In fact, under a better macro situation, no single in depth problem has been solved in China's system reform. However, behind the complaining bitterly of "micro loss-making", it finds expression that the system reform of China's economic structure is deepening. |
