| Tiivistelmä: | Because of the particularity of foreign-funded enterprises, we need to make concrete analysis as to whether their products are "national" products. Some products may be regarded as foreign products for they are produced by using foreign corporation's exclusive technology, formulas and technical know-how, and their trademarks are controlled by the foreign side. But the products (trademarks) belonging to joint ventures or cooperative ventures can be regarded as our national products (trademarks) rather than foreign products. |
