| Tiivistelmä: | The increase of the average income of China is rather slow. But the amount of energy consumed to keep this low increase rate is really great. We consumed lots of energy but only got a little benefit. The utilization rate of energy decreases sharply. The key to solve the energy problem is to save energy. We should arrange energy industry according to the market demand. The government ought to stop collecting priority construction fund of energy and to make the energy price reasonable gradually. |
