Tiivistelmä: | This article aims to indicate when an English court will be able to accept jurisdiction in a case in which an English or foreign intellectual property ("IP") right is infringed and what law that court will apply. The word "Internet" derives from "The International Network". It can best be described as a network of networks -- a multitude of computers around the world are linked together. The most significant services provided over the Internet are E-mail, file transfer protocol (FTP) and the Worldwide Web(WWW). |
