Tiivistelmä: | DUNAFERR Consortium has recognized that they can be successful in market competition only if the customer is put in the centre of activities. In order to serve the customers and suppliers' interests a cyclical program called "10 steps for the customer" was elaborated.The quality assurance systems implemented according to ISO 9000 provided an adequate background for the program, but maintaining competitive advantages is not possible without TQM and such a company culture which considers customer satisfaction the ultimate goal. |
