| Tiivistelmä: | The advent of a common currency in a large part of Europe may well concentrate minds on the types of businesses that will be using it within the European Union and on the structures that those businesses will use. As they are able to use a single European currency would it not also make sense if all these businesses were able to use a single European structure? Objectors might point to the fact that the project for the European Company has significantly failed to produce an agreed text after nearly 30 years of discussion. |
