Tiivistelmä:This study uses multidimensional ethics scale (hereafter as: MES) by Reidenbach and Robin to examine gender differences in ethical judgment. A sample consists of 340 undergraduate business students. The measures are ethical judgment, moral equity, relativism and contractualism. The cases of 'sales', 'auto', and 'retail' were presented to the students. The gender effect on ethical decision making was found to be non-significant after controlling for variations in moral issues. Before that, female students displayed a higher level of ethical judgment.
