| Tiivistelmä: | Safeguarding our market economy to develop healthily demands resolving the following 8 aspects problems of central banks' weak regulating functions. Firstly, central banks' function is localization. Secondly, the scale is out of control. Thirdly, financial law is imperfect. Fourthly, it is difficult to use interest rate lever. Fifth, monetary policy is dualistic. Sixth, labor's quality is very low. Seventh, central banks' selves' behavior is not standard. Finally, regulating means are weak. |
