| Tiivistelmä: | At present, China's financial regulation system is still directly controlling the monetary issue and credit scale of bank/financial institution by means of plans in the nature of directives or administrative decree. It is known that the disadvantages of such a financial regulation system, that formed under the conditions of products economy, become clearer and clearer. This system can neither suit for the needs of the successively forming and developing market economy system, nor control the amount of money supply and strengthen the structural regulation. It is imperative to be reformed on finance. |
