| Tiivistelmä: | To promote the establishment of the new market economic system and make up for the defects of market mechanism and those of our national economic planning adjustment, we must strengthen the adjustment mechanism of finance and complete the transformation of financial adjustment mechanism. That is the transformation from adjusting social economy as a whole, from adjusting the allocation relationship between the central government and local ones, between the state and state-owned enterprises to adjusting the overall allocation layout of our national income. |
