| Tiivistelmä: | Only with an eye on economic development and by economic and administrative means can we control the present high inflation. For the use of financial means, we must use it effectively,that is,both loose and tight financial means are used and arranged properly. The existing problem is the great disparity in individual income which is not favorable to society and development. So while placing stress on efficiency we must realize social fairness. |
