| Tiivistelmä: | Main problems existing in our financial supervision under current system are: the goals of financial supervision mix with those of currency policies; the internal relationship of supervisory organizations is chaotic and there is lack of cooperation and clear division. The organizations them- selves lack effective balance mechanism, which might easily lead to corruptions and even crimes. As to which pattern is better for the financial supervision system, at present we may merge the advantages of the unitary-multipoint mode into the current unitary-centralized mode to form a comprehensive mode. We may still apply the unitary and centralized management in specific financial sectors. |
