| Tiivistelmä: | Up to now, there are 43 Chinese enterprises listed and issued stock out of China and financing $10,000,000,000.To safeguard the smooth conduct of Chinese enterprises' financing out of China, China Securities Regulatory Commission signs regulatory cooperation memorandum with several foreign securities regulatory commissions. Among the 42 H share companies who announced their midterm outstanding achievements in the first half year of 1998, 35 made profits. And the total amount of profit is RMB 4.754.000,000,000 yuan. China prepares to take new actions for listed companies outside China: strictly separate the management of listed companies and share holding companies; strengthen the supervision over interrelated trade consolidate the responsibilities of directors, improve external director and independent director system. |
