| Tiivistelmä: | IS-LM means investment (I) equal to storage (S ) in production market ,liberal currency (L) equal to supplement of money (M) in the currency market. We could find the unusual LM falling curve in the usage of data counting IS-LM model during 1980 and 1998 in China. The action's foundation behind this unusual is that the Cental Bank's control interest,later reaction of the interest regulation and namely interest--relative change of currency inflation rate. The Central Bank should regulate the interest in time according to the supply- demand situations in currency market,which benefits for the usual role of the currency and financial policies. |
