Tiivistelmä: | In a recent article in this journal, Worren, Ruddle and Moore (1999) proposed that a new profession called "change management" had emerged from the recent practices of the world's large consulting firms. They proposed that change management is an appropriate replacement for organizational development (OD) because it incorporates both business and human needs. The authors of the present article were troubled by several assertions made in that publication and offer corrections. |
