Tiivistelmä:This research wish to assess the effects of organizational changes on the employees, and their coping resources and responses.The research was conducted in the marketing department of a regional Bell Telephone operating company. The results of a multivariable analysis suggest that perceived uncertainty and fears about the impact of the transition were related to employee stress.
