| Tiivistelmä: | As more and more women hold leadership positions, it's important to understand the ways men and women respond to the gender of the leaders of groups and organizations.Questionnaires were sent to 265 adults who took part in 7 group relations conferences.Findings reveal that those who worked with women consultants reported higher levels of learning, despite these consultants' being younger and less experienced. |
