| Tiivistelmä: | Most of the contributions to the Controller's function in business organizations are restrained to the "hard facts". There is almost no discussion of the behavioural, "soft" aspects of the function. The author tries to show that a certain stagnation in the discussion of the Controller's function cannot be prevented unless the findings of the behavioural sciences are taken into much broader and deeper consideration. In publications on controlling, the chapters dealing with the behavioural aspect are rather peripheric. It is to be changed if we want to avoid a further stagnation. |
