| Tiivistelmä: | This article reports a study that examined how subordinates interact with a pregnant manager in a simulated work situation. The participants - 40 women and 41 men - took part in interactive role plays with two women managers - one pregnant, the other not. Interactive data were analysed to determine the nature of the expression of emotion and ideas. |
