Tiivistelmä:This article focuses on how to resolve conflicts inherent in organisational change. This conflict is explored from the perspective of Jungian psychology. To effect deeper levels of change psychiatrists and psychoanalysts address their clients' unconscious. Likewise organisational change agents should address the unconscious and spiritual dimensions of organisational change. The tension between conscious and unconscious can be used creatively in team building and organisation development.
