| Tiivistelmä: | This article is about a study which examined the effects of two types of mediation techniques: content control and motivational control. It examined the likelihood and the type of the agreement. The results showed that content control had, whereas motivational control had no significant effects on producing an agreement. The author discusses the implications of these results for mediation practice and future research. |
