| Tiivistelmä: | Experiences show that investment return on training withing the company is proportional to the initial motivation of the trainee. Motivation is an individual factor but still depends on the importance, which the company gives to training. The motivation process is independent of the training contents, but is nevertheless related to the educational methods. Here, several motivation factors of the trainee are analysed, and methods (support structures) are suggested to apply before, during and after the training. |
