| Tiivistelmä: | A few years ago, outplacement for any other than senior executives was rare. Now all employees are usually covered and the service provided for them is being constantly improved. Because the United Kingdom has been experiencing high unemployment for a prolonged period , the opportunities for people to remain in the same job sector have diminished markedly. It's worth pointing out that if any survivors are to be trained, they will feel an even greater incentive than usual to job-hunt afterwards. |
