Tiivistelmä:The employment relationship is one which runs the entire contract spectrum from the strictly legal to the purely psychological. Many aspects are convered by specific legislation, and some employers ask new employees to sign employment contracts which spell out various aspects of the relationship, such as hours, salary, and benefit plans. But after all the ink is dry and all the forms are filed, there is still a host of questions that have not been resolved, and the working relationship is still only partially established - how to dress, what to call the boss, whom to have lunch with, permissible limits for expense accounts, is it OK to speak freely, etc. Endless questions could be asked without getting to the truly personal ones.
