Tiivistelmä:Organizations are created for the purpose of promoting individual and group benefits, usually security or profit and to meet specific external needs. From inception most organizations are designed to grow and develop. If the need for which the organization was created ceases to exist, the organization no longer has a purpose and will die a natural death. If the organization is flexible enough to change with need, it will survive and prosper.
