| Tiivistelmä: | In this article, the author highlights a number of defects in the law of insolvency as it operates in practice. The author starts with the discussion of the Insolvency Practitioner's Profession and the perceived unacceptably high level of costs. The author then considers certain areas in which the law relating to administrative receivers in his view falls short, and most certainly should be improved. The third topic will be that of the need for cooperation between the insolvency profession and the Court. |
