| Tiivistelmä: | This article focuses on research and development projects and the factors that have influence on the success of the projects. Particular attention is paid on a trust-based mechanism and its effect on knowledge flow. The hypotheses are tested through a sample survey among fuel cell technology projects in 85 European organizations. The results highlight the factors that should take care to improve both internal and external knowledge flows. |
