The impact of the relationship between company and lawyer affects not only the cost and quality of legal services but the competitiveness of the business as a whole. Changes in the business environment of law firms have affected the purchase of legal services by corporations. As a solution to rising legal fees and government regulation, companies have increasingly brought legal work in-house. However, this is not an all-purpose solution to legal problems. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the delicate ties between law and business. |
