| Tiivistelmä: | China's economic decentralization prcess is still going on. The product markets have developed faster than labour and capital markets for several reasons. A Double-track or two- tiered price system of official and market price is widely used in China. The efficiency of pricing system and factor market limitations are examined. Inflation and agricultural labour surplus are discussed. |
