| Tiivistelmä: | As far as the whole good-cycle development mechanism of up- grading China's industrial structure concerned, there is an interdependent cycle relation between education, sci-tech and economy. Introducing foreign-funded industries transfer , the factor driving cycle mechanism, and using the formed three kinds of deformed models, this paper expounds the issue that education is the leading driving factor. At the same time, it discusses the cooperation between production and study, featuring "kite model". In the combination of production with study, technological supervision should be stressed. Besides as to the increasing progressively relation between investment in education , sci- tech level and economic returns the quantitative indicator should be raised too. |
