| Tiivistelmä: | Since reform, the lead of changes in industrial structure has been kept within limits and the state of the lead of industrial development and the lag of tertiary industry's development has been changed somewhat. The fluctuation of industry is slowing down and the co-ordination of industrial growth and structure becomes better than before. But the state of the lead development of heavy industry hasn't been changed much. Its proportion to GDP still reached as high as 21% in 1994, almost the same as before reform. The problem of decentralisation and equilibrium in the industrial layout and the identical local industrial structure is also quite serious. |
