| Tiivistelmä: | The problems with the investment structure of our country are mainly as follows: Compared with processing industries, the development of basic industries lags behind, which results in a bottleneck in industrial structure and there is a rather low proportion of tertiary industry in spite of its relative rapid development. The increase of investment by the state in education and scientific research development is rather slow in reaching the goal of optimisation of industrial structure and opening to the outside of industry. To build up the regulating system for investment structure, it is necessary to (1) give play to the basic role of market regulation of investment structure, straighten up price structure and perfect market system (2)concentrate the financial capacity on strengthening the strategic leading industries by the state development bank. |
