| Tiivistelmä: | The terrible structural problems of China's county-owned enterprise are irrational enterprise's distribution and group structure. The later regulation directions are to enhance the first industry with agricultural industrialization, regroup and enforce the second industry with process of agricultural production and agricultural industry, readjust current distribution and organization structures and go along the road of specialization and unit so as to promote the third industrial development in rural and small-sized urban and county's construction. |
