| Tiivistelmä: | This article provides greater understanding about the elements that characterize professional design attitudes. The analyzed data was collected from semi-structured interviews with senior designers and managers working in four internationally known organizations with strong design culture. The paper identifies five design attitude categories that can be useful in future research of organizational design. |
